This May BE
For You
You want your documents, finances, and future wishes organized in one place, before a health event, a move, or a family conversation forces the issue.
For Your Family
You are an adult child or caregiver researching on behalf of a parent. You want to give them support, not take over. This is how you start that conversation.
For An Executor
You have been appointed executor or Power of Attorney and you are trying to understand what exists, where it is, and what still needs to be done.
When People Reach Out
Most people do not plan ahead. They call when something happens. These are the moments that bring people to this page.
- A major life change, whether you saw it coming or not
- Planning to downsize or sell the family home
- A milestone birthday or approaching retirement, with planning on the mind
- A scam, attempted scam, or significant financial fraud
- The death of a spouse or parent
- Recently appointed an executor or Power of Attorney
- Wanting to age in place, and starting to think through what that actually takes
- A new diagnosis in the family
- An aging parent whose driving has become a concern for the family
- Noticing memory changes in a parent and not knowing what to watch for
- An aging parent moving in
- A family member asking, “where are your documents?”

What Clients Say
“The session helped keep me motivated and honest. I see the value in creating and having this document. Other things can easily get in the way.”
“I feel relieved having my information all in one spot. The process was gentle, and Christine was kind and patient.”
A client and her son sat down for a planning session together. The following week they spent ninety minutes at the bank and walked out with everything in order. A parent and adult child leaving with something done. That is what this work is for.
About Christine

Christine Paquette founded Bridge Dynamics after twenty-five years working in business systems, operations, and executive coaching. She built the Home and Life Plan™ from the ground up, based on what she kept seeing: organized, capable people whose affairs were scattered across different places, with key conversations still waiting to happen.
Her approach is structured, warm, and practical. She does not give legal, financial, or medical advice. She asks the questions, captures the gaps, and connects you to the right people for the decisions.
She serves clients in Hastings County, Belleville, and PEC. Christine is also available by video or in-person by arrangement across Canada.

Scope of Practice
Christine does not give legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Her role is to ask the questions, surface the gaps, and refer you back to your lawyer, financial advisor, or doctor for the decisions. Every reference in your To-Do list cites a publicly available and verified source. This work sits alongside the professionals already in your life. It does not replace them.
